高飞,男,1981年10月出生,河北秦皇岛人,斯洛文尼亚新戈里察大学物理学博士,2012年8月入职西安理工大学。现为kaiyun欧洲杯app官网教授,博士生导师。2014年荣获“陕西省青年科技新星”称号。
